1.Who We Are & What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy is published by Web Masters LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. It applies to every website, web application, installable page, lead form, QR code, share link, review or feedback page, scheduling tool, payment link, and SMS or email program (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Web Masters LLC or any of its brands.
This Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions, which include our SMS program terms, email terms, and service disclosures. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
2.Our Promise: We Never Sell Your Data
We built our business on trust with local businesses and their customers, and we intend to keep it. So before the details, the plain-English commitment:
We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.
3.Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and business name, when you submit a lead form, request a callback, book an appointment, or contact us;
- Messages and submissions — inquiries, feedback and review responses, scheduling details, and anything else you choose to type into a form or send us;
- Consent records — the fact, time, and manner of your opt-in to SMS or email programs (we keep these to protect you and to prove compliance).
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and approximate (city-level) location derived from it;
- Device type, operating system, browser type, and screen characteristics;
- Pages viewed, taps and clicks, referral source, and timestamps, gathered through server logs and the analytics described in Section 11.
3.3 Information from Public Sources
Because we build and promote pages for local businesses, we also collect business information from publicly available sources — see Section 4.
4.Publicly Available Business Information
A meaningful share of the information that appears across our Services is not private data at all — it is information that businesses have already published to the world. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation, websites, star ratings, review counts, publicly posted descriptions and photos, and logos and branding that businesses display publicly to attract customers.
When we display, organize, or promote this kind of information, we are presenting what is already public knowledge — gathered from sources such as the business's own website, public listings, maps, directories, and review platforms — for the benefit of the business it describes. Publicly available information of this kind is generally not treated as protected personal information under applicable privacy laws, and our use of it does not change who owns it or who published it.
That said, we still handle it with care: if you are an owner or authorized representative of a business and want information about your business corrected, updated, or removed from a page we operate, email harrison@arroweyesystems.com and we will act on verified requests promptly — ordinarily within five (5) business days.
5.How We Use Information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- To deliver your submission to its intended destination — for example, routing your lead, booking, or feedback to the business you contacted;
- To send communications you have consented to receive (see Sections 7 and 8), and to honor your opt-outs;
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- To measure page performance and understand aggregate usage;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, we do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the ones above.
7.Mobile Numbers & SMS Consent Data
This section applies to every text-messaging program operated by Web Masters LLC or any of its brands, whether on our own behalf or on behalf of a client business.
- What we collect: your mobile number, your opt-in (the fact, time, and manner of consent), your message interactions, and your opt-out status.
- Why we collect it: to send the messages you signed up for, to honor and prove your consent choices, and to comply with carrier and messaging regulations.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (one final confirmation message may follow). Reply HELP for help, or email harrison@arroweyesystems.com.
- Rates and frequency: message frequency varies by program; message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
- Full SMS program terms are in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
8.Email Addresses
Email addresses collected through the Services are used to respond to you, deliver transactional and relationship messages, and — only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law — send commercial messages. Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism honored promptly and within the time required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We do not sell email addresses, and we do not share them with third parties for those parties' own marketing. Full email terms are in Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
9.Reviews & Private Feedback
Some of our pages help businesses gather customer feedback. If your feedback is routed privately, it is delivered to the relevant business (and retained by us as its service provider) so the business can address your experience — it is not published by us. If you choose to post a public review on a third-party platform, that platform's own privacy policy and terms govern what you post there. Whether and where you post publicly is always your choice.
10.Payment Information
Payments made through the Services are processed by independent, PCI-compliant payment processors. Your full card number goes directly to the processor — we never receive or store it. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited billing details (such as name, amount, and last four digits) needed for receipts, records, and support.
12.Data We Process for Client Businesses
When you interact with a page we operate for a business — a lead form, review funnel, booking page, or contact card — Web Masters LLC generally acts as a service provider / processor on behalf of that business, and the business is the controller of your submission. The business you contacted is responsible for how it subsequently uses your information under its own policies. Requests about a specific business's use of your data are best directed to that business; you may also contact us and we will assist in routing your request. In our service-provider role, we process such data only on the business's instructions and for the purposes in this Policy — never for our own marketing and never for sale.
13.Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy: lead and feedback submissions for as long as needed to serve the business relationship; SMS and email consent records for as long as required to honor and demonstrate your choices under messaging and marketing laws; server logs on short rolling windows; and records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations for the legally required period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
14.Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information — including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) on our pages, access limited to those who need it, reputable infrastructure providers, and separation of payment data to PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable law.
15.Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights under applicable privacy laws (including state consumer privacy laws):
- Access / know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected;
- Deletion — request that your personal information be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Opt out — of marketing SMS (reply STOP), marketing email (use the unsubscribe link), and any sale or sharing of personal data — noting that we do not sell or share personal data in the first place;
- Non-discrimination — we will never penalize you or degrade your service for exercising a privacy right;
- Appeal — if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will re-review it.
To exercise any right, email harrison@arroweyesystems.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity (to protect you, not to obstruct you) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 30 to 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
16.Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at harrison@arroweyesystems.com and we will promptly delete it.
17.United States Processing
The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for U.S. audiences. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
18.Third-Party Sites & Platforms
Our pages link to and embed third-party platforms — maps, review sites, social networks, schedulers, and payment processors. Once you leave our Services or interact with embedded third-party content, that third party's privacy policy governs. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
19.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when posted at this page. Material changes affecting SMS programs will be communicated as required by applicable messaging rules. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
